Microsoft 365 Expert Program – VEXA Academy

1. Enrollment & Registration

By submitting this registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. VEXA Academy reserves the right to reject or revoke registration if false information is detected. Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of full payment and written confirmation from VEXA Academy.

2. Course Fee & Payment

The course fee for the Microsoft 365 Expert Program is Rs. 20,000 per participant, payable in full prior to the commencement of classes. Payment must be made via bank transfer to the designated account. Seats are held for a maximum of 3 business days pending payment confirmation.

3. Refund Policy

Requests for refunds submitted more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Requests made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable. VEXA Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule batches; in such cases, a full refund or deferment to the next available batch will be offered.

4. Attendance & Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 80% across all scheduled sessions. VEXA Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, slides, and resources provided by VEXA Academy are proprietary and strictly for personal study purposes. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of any materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Certificate Issuance

A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who meet the attendance requirement and successfully complete all assessments. VEXA Academy reserves the right to withhold certificates for non-compliance with program requirements.

7. Amendments

VEXA Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

By registering, you consent to receive program-related communications via email and/or WhatsApp. These include registration updates, payment confirmations, class reminders, and certificate notifications. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Participants may request deletion of their data after program completion by contacting us directly.
