Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or enrolling in the VEXA Academy Microsoft 365 Expert Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not enroll in the program.

2. Program Description

VEXA Academy offers an intensive 2-month Microsoft 365 Administration and Modern Workplace Expert program. The program covers identity management, endpoint administration, security, compliance, collaboration tools, and Microsoft Copilot deployment. Class sessions are conducted in two batches — Saturday and Sunday — and are limited to a maximum of 12 participants per intake.

3. Enrollment & Registration

• Registration does not guarantee enrollment. All applications are reviewed and approved by VEXA Academy admin staff.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is received and a separate notification when approved.
• Each email address may only be associated with one registration at a time.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

4. Payment

• Program fees must be paid as directed by VEXA Academy following enrollment approval.
• A payment receipt will be issued and emailed to you upon successful payment confirmation by our admin team.
• All fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and enrollment is active, except in cases where VEXA Academy cancels the program.

5. Certificates

• A certificate of completion is issued to students who complete the program requirements as assessed by the instructors.
• Certificates are issued digitally and sent to your registered email address.
• Certificates are the property of VEXA Academy and are issued solely to the registered individual. They may not be transferred.
• VEXA Academy certificates are program completion certificates and are not official Microsoft certifications or exam vouchers.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Participate respectfully in all sessions and group activities.
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without written permission from VEXA Academy.
• Use the provided sandbox environment responsibly and only for course-related activities.
• Not attempt to access, modify, or disrupt any systems beyond their assigned sandbox tenant.

Violation of conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, recordings, scripts, and resources provided during the program are the intellectual property of VEXA Academy. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

VEXA Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, including but not limited to failure to pass any Microsoft certification exam. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid for the program.

9. Program Changes & Cancellation

VEXA Academy reserves the right to modify the program curriculum, schedule, or delivery format at any time. In the unlikely event that we cancel the program, enrolled students will receive a full refund of paid fees. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
